This bidding sequence came up last Thursday; how does South record his bidding with a bidding box ?

He borrows a 3S-card from his neighbour. Sometimes people turn a
bidding card face down to replace a pass-card in long sequences.

Given North's bids on rounds 3 and 4, I'm surprised he/she didn't bid 6C
over 6S.
