I think that its 50-50, so it may depend on who you would prefer to lose a trick to.

Low to the Ace will keep your losers to one if the player sitting over
the Ace has ducked with K10xx.

Presumably you are looking for 5 tricks because you haven't taken the
safety play for four.
Next play depends on strength of opps and if they know how to defend.
When you lead the queen, lefty with Kx should duck most of the time
and all of the time with Kxx.
Righty should duck with K10xx most of the time too.
So if the queen holds, lead small to ace.
If the queen is covered, cash the jack next.
